Yohan Marley continues to show his musical skills with the release of his single “Goodbyes”.

Co-produced by Marley, DJ Xpress and Jizzle, “Goodbyes” shares a dancehall, Afropop-infused musical sound that references those who have been forced to say goodbye, Destine Media said on Wednesday.

The entertainment company said “Goodbyes” follows Marley’s recently released single “Brickell,” which has garnered the attention of numerous DJs internationally and nationally.

“In an ever-evolving industry, Yohan Marley wants his creativity and ingenuity to contribute to music as he continues to grow his fan base,” said Destine Media. “’Goodbyes’ highlights the eclectic sound and writing style he can deliver while connecting with people worldwide.

“When Yohan sings the chorus, ‘Don’t make goodbye too easy, just let me know you need me,’ there is a moment that is a reminder to leave a relationship or a loved one,” he added.

With the release of the single, Destine Media said that Marley also “gave us a visual to accompany the single.”

The video “Goodbyes” – directed by Yohan Marley, produced by Michael Zoyes, with stylist Axi Mines – was shot in Miami.

“Yohan Marley remains the embodiment of a youthful amalgamation of reggae, pop and life as he takes the next steps to carry on the musical legacy,” said Destine Media.
